Allure Construction is a full-service general contractor firm specializing in the construction of luxury homes, high-end interiors, residential pools and commercial projects. Allure was founded based on a simple formula; establish an understanding and set expectations with our clients, provide a superior service with honesty and transparency, and always deliver the highest quality possible. Naiara Silva began her career in construction at the young age of twenty two. At the time, she was working in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, and served as an construction manager for a civil engineering company responsible for the construction and remodeling of the Convent of Saint Anthony Architectonic Complex which she worked from 2012 to 2017, while she was pursuing her civil engineering degree. She learned trades, including stucco, drywall, framing, painting, carpentry, cabinetry, tile, and flooring. Beginning at this early age Naiara knew construction was her passion and that she would make it her profession. Naiara moved to Florida in 2017, and worked as construction project manager for a residential pool contractor and Estate Manager for UHNW individuals. In 2023, Naiara made the decision to fulfill a lifelong dream, and start her own construction company specializing in commercial,  high-end custom residential construction and renovations, and residential poor builder company. Coming from Luxury estates management, Naiara developed a Ken eye for detail supervising and managing all residential remodeling and renovation for her clients over the past 7 years, which elevates the level of service provided in all our projects.
